This customer hosted an event every year for their employees. The first time that we were aware of the event, we were brought in by the catering company who needed a tent to cover their buffet lines. While we were there taking down our tent, we watched another company handle a much larger tent. The customer stated that the other company appeared to be unorganized and unprofessional and complimented us on our crew. The next year, we were able to earn their business even though our prices were slightly higher based on the fact that the customer was impressed with our on-site demeanor. They rented a 40×160 frame tent with 68 tables, 600 chairs, and a 12×16 stage for multiple years.

I am brand new to my company and I am the project coordinator. This past Friday (February 5, 2016) was my very first time EVER planning a Topping Out Party. For those who are unaware of what type of occasion this is, it is an event where you do a BIG “Thank you” for everyone who has taken part in the current project & building. My company President, CEO, CFO, HR, Marketing department, along with all of our subcontractors company Presidents, the Owner of the building and project, architects, engineers and all of our labor was in full force. With a party of 600 people, I pulled this even together in a matter of maybe 2 months. Valerie and William made me feel so comfortable along with their ENTIRE team at Tents, Tents, Tents! They have helped with a few other Topping Out Parties for our company, this was how I was introduced to this company initially. My nerves were in full swing with this event being, not only my first for the company but, my first Topping Out Party in general I was a complete stress ball. The delivery and pick up were extremely smooth and everyone did their part! They showed up before their delivery time with their own team and all their own equipment. They were extremely professional and very helpful! I was very comfortable with this company right from the beginning! Valerie assured me that everything would be just fine!
If you take the time to properly read over the contract and proposal then many questions should be answered. They were very upfront about any additional charges I could be subject to if the delivery time was not scheduled properly. This was also very thoroughly discussed to make sure their other events were delivered on time as well!
They were available 24 hrs for me to call if I had any questions or emergencies! I know this for a fact since I called at 5 a.m. the morning of my delivery and they didn’t skip a beat to answer my call! I am so appreciative of all they did for us this past Friday and would personally recommend them for ANY occasion you may have. They made me feel like a friend by the time everything was all over!

The proof is in the pudding. I have used many different companies in 30 years of concerts and outdoor events and Tents, Tents, Tents is one of the best. I have used them exclusively for all my tent, table & chair rentals the last 7 years. They have never let me down, always deliver on time and go the extra mile when they can when the unexpected happens. (which is always the case for outdoor shows) Try them!
